These 5 posters were developed in collaboration with the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) as a part of the process for developing the 2025 strategic plan. The posters were creating using qualitative and quantitative data from suburban Cook county and used as the basis for discussion at a meeting with community stakeholders.
